Helping a Dubai real estate brand win buyers in four countries at once, in a market none of us had worked in before. We did not know Dubai's culture, its buyers or how the market really works.
We started with research: who buys property in Dubai from each country, what they care about and what makes them trust an agent. It was a big challenge, and it shaped everything that followed.
Every country got its own strategy instead of one translated campaign. On top of that we built the website for lead generation, connected Manychat for fast replies, represented the brand at real estate fairs and ran the events where Move Homes Real Estate met its clients.
For Move Homes Real Estate we covered full marketing and business development, from strategy to digital campaigns in 4 countries, and helped the brand take over the Slovak and Czech markets. That included full web design and development of move-homes.com: a modern real estate site built for lead generation, with a Manychat integration and B2C conversions in mind. We also ran their presence at multiple real estate fairs, hosted and managed events where they met their clients, and prepared their presentations.
We ran the media buy across podcasts, Forbes and a long list of magazines, plus a financial TV series. The brand also worked with Slovak stars and influencers such as Rytmus, Monika Bagárová, Attila Végh and many others. Together it helped Move Homes Real Estate pass 1,600 sales, with more than AED 1 billion sold in 2024 alone.
